Training for the Summer Split
For this upcoming split week in the summer, I'm going to focus on heavy, compound lifts, bulking routine for intermediate.

Deadlift
The best way to increase your deadlift strength is to do the deadlift every week, using it build musclethat can be applied in every muscle group. If you do a 3ร10, deadlift, then a 3ร5, and then a 3ร4, you'll have built a strong 4ร4 on your main lifts, and a strong 4ร4 off it. I also recommend doing some light lifting, as your deadlift isn't strong enough unless you're doing heavy volume, bulking routine for strength.
