Empowering You to Heal, Grow, and Live Authentically

Empowering You to Heal, Grow, and Live Authentically
At Fearlessly Authentic Psychology, we offer compassionate, evidence-based care that is tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all plan. Our clinicians combine clinical expertise with a deeply human approach, creating a supportive space where you feel understood while also gaining practical tools that lead to real change. Together, we will clarify what is keeping you stuck, build strengths you can rely on, and help you move forward with greater confidence, connection, and authenticity. See therapy services offered below.
LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
We are proud to offer therapy that is explicitly LGBTQIA+ affirming, inclusive, and grounded in respect for the full spectrum of sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions.
Our clinicians work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families around issues such as identity exploration, coming out, relationships, family dynamics, minority stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and navigating systems that may not always feel safe or affirming.
You do not need to educate your therapist here. We strive to create a space where your identity is affirmed, respected, and centered, and where therapy focuses on your lived experience — not on justifying who you are.
We believe healing happens most fully when people feel seen, safe, and free to show up as their whole selves.
Psychological Testing
Psychological testing can provide clarity when questions about mental health, diagnosis, or functioning feel complex or unclear.
We offer comprehensive psychological assessments designed to help individuals better understand their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns. Through a combination of standardized testing, clinical interviews, and careful interpretation, psychological testing can help clarify diagnoses, identify strengths and challenges, and inform more targeted and effective treatment.
Assessments may be helpful if you are:
- Seeking diagnostic clarity
- Feeling “stuck” in therapy or treatment
- Exploring questions related to mood, anxiety, personality, attention, or functioning
- Wanting deeper insight into patterns that impact relationships, work, or daily life
Our approach to testing is thoughtful, collaborative, and client-centered. Results are explained in clear, understandable language, with an emphasis on how the information can be used in practical, meaningful ways — not just labels.
Psychological testing isn’t about defining you; it’s about giving you and your treatment providers a clearer roadmap forward.

Where All Relationships Are Welcome
Relationships come in many forms — and all deserve thoughtful, affirming support.
We provide couples and relationship counseling for monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, open, kinky, and otherwise non-traditional relationships. Our therapists approach relationship work from a sex-positive, kink-aware, and non-judgmental perspective, honoring each partner’s values, identities, boundaries, and desires.
Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, trust, intimacy, jealousy, life transitions, or redefining what commitment looks like for you, we offer a space where authenticity is welcome and nothing about your relationship structure needs to be explained or defended.
Our goal is to help you build relationships that feel mutual, consensual, emotionally safe, and aligned with who you truly are — not with someone else’s expectations of what a relationship “should” look like.

Art Therapy
Art therapy offers a creative and experiential way to explore emotions, experiences, and patterns that can be difficult to put into words.
Using art-making as part of the therapeutic process, art therapy can help individuals access deeper insight, express emotions safely, and process experiences in a way that feels more intuitive and embodied. No artistic skill or experience is required — the focus is expression, meaning, and connection, not the final product.
Art therapy can be especially helpful for:
- Processing trauma or overwhelming emotions
- Exploring identity and self-expression
- Reducing anxiety or emotional overwhelm
- Increasing self-awareness and emotional regulation
- Working through experiences that feel “stuck” or hard to verbalize
Our art therapists integrate creativity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, creating a space that is gentle, non-judgmental, and client-led. Art becomes a tool for insight, healing, and self-compassion — allowing clients to meet themselves where they are and move forward in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
Art therapy is not about being an artist — it’s about using creativity as another pathway to understanding and healing.
