You don’t have to have the perfect words or a fully formed “reason” for reaching out. Wanting things to feel different is enough.

We’re Here to Answer Your Questions

It’s completely okay to be unsure. Many people reach out with questions about anxiety, trauma, narcissistic abuse, relationship struggles, or support for their teen, and we use what you share to help determine if our team is a good fit—or to suggest other resources if needed.

You can briefly share what you’re hoping to work on, whether you prefer in-person or telehealth, and how you’d like us to contact you (phone or email). You only need to share what feels comfortable, there’s no pressure to go into detail right away.

We do our best to respond within a few business days. Response times can vary based on volume and therapist availability, but you will always hear back from someone with next steps, follow-up questions, or referral suggestions if needed.

A member of our team reviews what you’ve shared and works to match you with a therapist whose style and expertise align with your needs. From there, we’ll help you schedule an intake session where you can discuss your story, clarify goals, and decide together how to move forward.

Your first session is a chance for your therapist to get to know you, understand what’s been going on, and explore what you hope will change. You’re encouraged to ask questions, share only what you’re ready to, and talk about what you need from therapy to feel supported.

We’re based in Lakewood, Colorado, and see clients both in person at our office and online via secure telehealth. As long as you’re physically located anywhere in the state of Colorado, we can meet with you virtually or help you decide whether in-person or telehealth is the better fit.
